What Fedor did during the glory days of Pride is irrelevant when we consider who is the best, as of RIGHT NOW, not five years ago. Beating a busted Tim Syliva, Mr. Flying Knee/glass jaw Arlovski, and a comparative novice like Rodgers, doesn't make him the greatest fighter. He may be the best HW but certainly not the pound for pound best. I want to see Fedor face guys like, Brock, Shane Carwin, Dos Santos, Velasquez, Mir, Kongo, Gonzaga, etc. That's a real HW division.

The UFC does not hire the judges. They are paid and assigned by the athletic commissions independent of the UFC.
