Not shoulder pressing 135, the plates say 15kg, so assuming this is a standard Olympic barbell that weighs 20 kg then this is 50kg total or 110 pounds. In other words, he’s extremely weak. He was struggling to bench 135.

Gosh, DIN and Rashad got the pancake part so wrong. To make it easier - crepe with sugar and lemon (or cinamon sugar and lemon) is legendary french classic.. So gotta make sure you do it on flat crepe not a big ass thick, dry american pancake

I only just realised McGregor is obsessed with tucking his shirt in, to shorten the visual appearance of his torso and increase the visual appearance of his legs. To try and appear taller, always dressing like that, mixed with always being in runners with massive gel soles, and always wearing a hat. He’s adding 2-3 inches with his shoes n hat. Plus the shirt tucking and high pants. Truly weird shit.

@@meteos1990 there’s nothing weird about the comment, it’s purely objective observation, when McGregor was a skinny little FW he was never dressing like this, he always had some styled haircut to show off, and was always in dress shoes that had relatively flat bottoms, and even if u look at footage of him in polo shirts with it tucked in 10 years ago, he’s wearing dress pants with a belt around his hips. then look at this shit, he’s literally reaching up his pants to his belly button, and got skin tight sports singlets tucked in. when the camera is on him alone, he looks big somewhat tall, then it cuts to a shot with him an a bunch of kids in the frame n these just this weird high pants dude not even taller then the kids. this is women’s fashion tips mate, high waisted pants with a short blouse to make u look long and tall n lean. McGregor is walking around on the Mats in runners with a hat on, so he looks the same height as all the other fighters, u remove that hat n his runners, n all of a sudden McGregor looks like a midget around “his fighters”

You hear prospects against veterans you think its a bunch of strong Young dudes fighting washed up fighters. In reality you have "veterans" that are Younger than some prospects and on top of that have a way more experience because they already fought in the UFC. One of the dudes already fought Sterling, i mean...its actually a mismatch in all these fights. I don't think Conor is a brilliant coach but.i don't see every Loss being his fault

As a Hungarian, where those pancakes originally come from ( we call them Palatsheenter, that’s how you would pronounce it, but it’s written Palacsinta), i can tell you, they are thin and we fill them with sugared curd & Lemon, Nutella, or with jelly, roll them up, a little powder sugar on top, and Bon Appetite!

Conor and Chandler are not training these fighters through a complete 3 month training camp. The fighters show up with experience and the veterans have an advantage. The coaches don’t have enough time to mold the fighters into anything. They only have a few days to teach new stuff.
