The way Alexander talks it makes me really think that he can make this happen. The confidence is just bursting off. Edit: I would like to add that unlike Charles, Alex doesn’t think he’s unbeatable. He’s all about a tight defense unlike Charles chaotic style. Good chance Alex can connect with some bombs before the takedowns begin.

In terms of training at or close to home, Volkanovski training at City Kickboxing would be the same as McGregor training in Tunisia. NZ is thousands of miles away from him.

So yer 3 hr flight is now a 5 hr flight before he travels 1 hr to get to the airport & 1 hr from the airport. So tell me again about how Australia isnt over 1000 miles away from Auckland or how it isnt comparable to McGregor regularly leaving Dublin to train in Tunisia. Dickhead.

It'll be interesting to see how Volk will look at 155. Maybe he'll have insane power or maybe hell look slow or too weak. Dc wasnt a big puncher at 205 but at heavyweight he definitley gained punching power without the weight cut.

I wrestled a 5'5" guy at training a couple weeks ago and I was just thinking "man, Alex might actually have a chance." I'm only 5'8" so I'm used to using my height "disadvantage" to my advantage against taller guys but it was the first time I'd been on the receiving end of not being able to take a guy down cuz he's too short. Rooting for my fellow short guy!
