When Mackenzie Dern of all people couldn't finish Angela on the ground, I knew her grappling skills got a lot better. So proud of Angela. No offence to Pinheiro but I don't see how she got ranked in the first place. She seems overrated.

If Angela won her past 6 fights she lost she would have a record of 23-7. Which isn't so insane when like 3-4 of them were split decisions bordering on robbery on some of them.

@zealpulses3826 thinking the same, 39, and being the "gate keeper" for so long, is hard on the body as you get older, but props to her, she soooo deserved it, I've watched the other girls fights too, she's an angry fighter, wants to end it quick, but then gets picked away... didn't get to see this fight, but I see why she called out BMF belt, at least she'd get some gratification award for all her work!

@@nicoleflierl637she started a lot later than most people. She was damn near 30 when she had her first pro fight and has almost exclusive fought the best since day 1.

@vincentvega5686 yeah she was straw weight champ, she's a great fighter, just had some different technique styles to add to her arsenal, which even at 39, seems to be still learning!

@@hybrid.catastrophic.impact6071 the eighth saw a shifting of tides. I think Usyk deserves credit for being in a bad spot for 5 straight rounds and then becoming a better chess player to open up that's big left in the 9th.
