This is actually the best card in a while it throw up all the questions which Is the reason I love mma. Will Zabit be able to beat top five competition and look as good with such a harder hitter and still be so smooth. Will Cody come back from back to back losses from TJ it's been over half a year. A new straw weight on a 17 winning streak weili zhang only lost her first fight years ago. Will Usman be the cardio machine and beat Woodly at his own game or will Tyrone power be to much and he will Usman give too much tespect. Now Jones coming back again in just a few days over two months is nice. Smith is such a underdog it's always cool to see if an upset can happen and to see someone with such belief in there self when not many have it for then

@@jamesj9693 No, it really wont and i'll explain why it wont. Smith went from a mediocre MW (including getting finished by santos) to a top contender at LHW with 3 wins, want to know why? Because the LHW division is A LOT more shallow than the MW division. Yes, the weightcut might of played a part, but look at his wins, there's no "easy" wins like that at MW that gets you anywhere near a title shot. Now lets break down his LHW run, he's beat 2 now retired (well past their prime) fighters that probably shouldn't of even been in the octagon for that fight, he finished Evans with a knee, not his left hand due to a technical error on evans part, but again, he was well past his prime. Jones demolished both of them in their prime, infact Jones was the reason Evans went on a losing skid. His next win was Volkan, which was a close fight and both had their moments on the feet, the only issue is, Cormier was tagging Volkan hard in their fight before he decided that he could win the fight much easier by just taking it to the ground (he was already winning pretty comfortably, looked like he was gaining momentum on the feet before the takedown too), now look at what Jones did to Cormier on the feet. Smiths best chance is finishing the fight early, like Jones or hate him, think he's a steroid cheat or not, his fight IQ is INCREDIBLE, the reads he's able to make and how quickly he's able to make them in second to no one else in this sport. You give him time and he WILL make a read on you. I'm by no way saying it's impossible for smith to win, in this sport anything can happen, however, there's nothing smith has that would "cause Jones trouble", more just 1 punch can change the fight in an instant anyway. There's really not much evidence to support that Smith hits any harder than anyone else really (definitely not rumble level), no evidence that he even hits harder than Gus either (who has much cleaner technique).
