Extremely well spoken, humble, class act and gentleman. This guy is every bit a role model. The way he put Amanda Nunes over and shut down the talk of him and Charles being the real main event then went further to say HE is privileged to be on a card with her? What an absolute class act. Period. I don't think I've ever seen someone who's that much of a savage in the cage yet so polar opposite outside of it. Huge respect. We need more like Beneil Dariush.

This fight isn’t going the distance so either way the fans win! But the sad truth is one of them has to lose and may ultimately lead to the losing side being unable to put together another championship run this late in their careers. That being said I’m pulling for Dariush!

This guy did not evade any deviating questions. Seemed extremely relaxed throughout the interview. His view about bringing his family to fight week is next level mentality and I'm sure other fighters will take notes on that.. This man is a grizzly on a leash
