That’s a great point of view, and you’re right when looking at that way. I haven’t seen the Robo Cop Contender fight before, I didn’t know he got pieced up like he did.

Seeing malcom wellmaker moving up from DWCS all the way up to a main card, on social media seeing him leave his day job makes me realize how much we don’t even know is going on while these guys risk it all for a check in the cage

@@rrprz4914back when UFC was on Spike TV, a lot of the guys had regular jobs. Rich Franklin was a high school math teacher, Sean Sherk worked construction and trained after work. It takes real dedication, back then it definitely wasn’t for the money, and social media wasn’t even a thing. They did it because they loved it.

I mean he ate up that punishment and I think he realized he could get away with it because his opponent wasn’t closing the gap after he got rocked hard. Plus it’s harder for him to land heavy damage unless he unloads his body’s entire momentum which is why he flying knees and spin kicks.

It's great how good some of the talent in DWCS is, but, in contrast, it's sad how mediocre TUF is. The UFC really needs talent control. Make 165lbs, and change 170 to 175lbs. The 155 & 170 divisions are too crowded. And the overall talent of the whole roster and divisions is incredibly lacking.
