Eh, I reckon he could get past burns, but there’s a lot of holes in this game, his physicality and unpredictability does make him a threat, but a lot of his game is still a bit raw and he has some holes, i don’t think he fights for a title but I think he’s a top 10 staple.

@@User1725-t6u Lightweight is still pretty stacked, just not as much as welterweight at the moment. It comes and goes. During the Chuck Liddell era and shortly thereafter LHW was the most competitive division.

Morales has the perfect build he is light powerful and quick. Has truly exceptional reach combined with an already well developed striking technique with a superb GSP jab and good footwork. His length makes it difficult to take him down too. If his groundgame is as good as the rest and the ufc take it easy with him so he can develop more and learn from the best, he has a good chance of one day reaching the top.

Needs to fight more often, it's one thing champions fighting once a year but guys on the come up need to make progress while they are still young imo also he could do with improving his striking defense the higher up the ranki gs you go the more likely your are to get punished for low hands, looks promising tho for sure💯

@mmafighting305 No it’s not insider info, It’s just basic common sense. Morales has been inactive because he’s a high-risk, low-reward fight right now. A lot of guys don’t want to take that kind of matchup unless they have to. That’s why you haven’t seen him in the cage as often, not because he doesn’t want to.
