Ulberg won the first 2 rounds quite easily. Even if the shots were not hard, he did land more. Jan started pushing too late into the 2nd round to get it and round 3 was no doubt to Jan.

Here’s the thing literally after the fight was over look at the corner reactions. Jan’s corner literally came in screaming and cheating because they like all of us assumed that he probably took that decision. Eugene Bareman however looked clearly disappointed and kept looking down half the time when Carlos was talking to him. Even Carlos’s coach that he lost that fight.

Not trying to be a hater, but as a long time martial artist and mma fan I am BEYOND disappointed by City Kickboxing! Ulberg is prototypical CKB: get on your bike, circle outside, sift for counters, throw the left hook naked as a trap, only combo off a kick if your opponent counters the kick. These fighters are being drilled to fight like ITS A 12 ROUND KICKBOXING MATCH. They will not survive this next generation of fighters unless their head coach commits to mma

Theres an argument for jan winning all 3 rounds. Theres no arguments for ulberg winning 2 at all. Straight up robbery, they gave it to the younger fighter to build him up knowing jan will have 2 years max in his career. No meaninful shot thrown. Im sure they also made jan lose the third because he bled, while ulberg was visibly feeling all of jan shots but he wasnt scratched cause he got hit in the jaw. Judges are horrible lately, the hell is happening in this sport? Who are these people?
