He's always had an overall bigger frame to pack on size than most fighters in his division. Given when he fought Aldo, he had to trim tons of weight, so seeing him like this now in comparison, I'm not sure if it's PEDs or if it's him naturally at his bulkiest potential. I've gotten pretty big by cutting cardio down to 15%, and increasing weight lifting to 85% (weekly workout), and the mix of fat-mass and bigger muscle made it seem like I was on juice. I prefer a slimmer "beach body" though, easier to maintain for me.

(no homo) he left knots on my biceps and triceps after putting me in arm bars and kimora’s … craziest strength and pain i’ve ever felt. i had KNOTS on my arm and tricep HOW???

Interesting a more mature Conor. Good TV. He's not completely crazy. Like Uriah Faber said when he's being real or other word himself he's ok. In this I believe Conor wants to give something back to these youngsters.

he actually does have some of the most underrated defensive grappling in the UFC. Mendes had him in trouble, he warded off khabib for 2.5 rounds, and nate had him in trouble a few times in the second fight.

Connors just doing all of this to build his own legacy back & complete it to what he sees it as. The ironic thing is he's come off many losses & hasn't once defended a championship belt in the UFC nor cage warriors. Not to mention he's tapped out in every weight class, it's only obvious they'd use him to promo the UFC aswell favour himself. I guess speaking the truth makes us honest haters & broke because we're not as wealthy as him right?
