@sandman62100 I bet you would be right talking to most people... glad for your success. Not enough people have the balls to succeed. Hell, I just drove from AZ to CA, loaded up my father in laws trailer, drove to Indiana, unloaded the trailer at one of our rentals he is moving into, and been up for a few hours (6am Indiana time), gonna go finish one unit in a few days, got that rented, finish off another *needs a lot of work) so that will be rented by end of month, and while we are out here, gonna travel to another state to pick up at least one more multi family so we will have another project lined up for Nov/Dec. Got 5 kids, 26 grandkids, and that alone is worth more than anything financial, but real estate lets me hit A LOT of golf balls, travel all over, not skip meals, etc. I ain't hating on others more or less successful than me. There will always be bigger fish and smaller fish. I just DON'T WANT TO SEE AN IMMEDIATE FUCKING REMATCH GIVEN TO IZZY. BEST
