Never knew anything about Dana until the end of this video with him and his family, he's a cool dude, and he tells it like it is. I gave up the boxing vs MMA crap a while ago because of what Dana said about the subject. He's a fan of both, just like I am. I hope both sports do great, and they could, if the UFC puts GSP vs Silva and boxing puts Pacquiao vs Mayweather together. Just my opinion.

@nvbaileys Belfort had an interview where he said Aderson wears a mask when the cameras are on because he acts cocky and arrogant while the cameras are rolling but is a very humble and nice guy in his personal life. He isn't himslef when the cameras are on him.

@MidnightFireBurst I totally agree with U.Hes done so much for the sport of MMA.Hes a true FAN of the sport&loves his job.He barely gets any sleep&spends less time@home.Thats how much he loves the sport.I think hes a fair boss.But if U do something wrong,U dont want2be on his bad side.But he always give 2nd chances unless U do something really bad.Most of the time he is truthful&honest(judging/reffing).But sometimes he bias(Fedor,Strikeforce,etc...).But people have2remember Dana is a Promoter.
