I like how Darren respects and looks up to Mike. Really hope Darren can get his career back on track. He should really focus on training harder and going back to 170lbs. He's in shape for the weigh in at 185lbs, but looks soft after rehydration. Rather him look skinny weighing in at 170lbs and be healthy in the cage at 185 after rehydration. He's not strong enough for the 185ers. They come in the cage over 200lbs come fight time. Look at Poaton, he was 220lbs in the cage against Izzy.
