You can tell when a fighter loves fighting and its contagious. Calls out the toughest most dangerous fights as champion. Wins against Izzy, Rob, Sean x2 and wants Pereira and Chimaev. I have gone from fading DDP against Till to becoming a huge DDP fan.

Huge DDP fan here but he's not becoming the G.O.A.T. at middleweight let alone in the entire sport lol. Anderson Silva is the middleweight g.o.a.t. for a reason as Dricus himself acknowledged here. You don't become the greatest after winning a few fights. Jon Jones & GSP are the greatest and their body of work is over a decade long! Then you have Khabib, Mighty Mouse, Fedor, Aldo, Silva, Nunes etc.. Right now, Islam Makhachev is the one guy who can become one of the all time greats with his run at lightweight. DDP needs to match Anderson Silva's 6 year run of dominance then we can talk.

Dricus tried everything to not make the fight boring. Classic head tuck, shoulder rolling blitzes, random spinning fists and kicks, winging overhands, couple takedown attempts, etc. I personally didn't find the fight boring, but for those who did, perhaps it's almost entirely the fault of the man who just stood there square, firing jabs and teeps all fight.

I wanted Strickland, because I'm also a brash, belligerent American. But even after the first fight, I had to take my hat off to Dricus and his ability, drive and class. He is a great Champion. I beleive he's too big in middle weight and I don't think khamzat outwrestled him. for one or two take down fine but I don't think khmazat will hold him for long.
