@@zs8796 what i don't get is why adesanya let pereira walk him down the entire fight. He was in most trouble against the cage and kept backing up. I thought when he saw his counters were landing he would stop doing that. Reminds me of ivan drago vs creed "that style just won't beat a man like that"

@@userrvo1dstar like the other guy said, and the idea of darting away laterally when you're cornered is simple enough, but I imagine having poatan stand in front of you, in range to round kick you at will, discourages you from committing to a single direction, in case he throws something that intercepts perfectly.

Days of raging and going with the flow are gone now for Dustin. Obviously he was always a humble fighter but now he just fights for himself, his family and his charity. The fans, the fighters, the fights themselves don't control him at all. He is above these dominions. Wish he could win a championship though. The way he mentions 2 losses to RNC in title fights is just straight up pain. The man could rest peacefully if he gets the gold once.

First of all congratulations to dp 💎 for the win over Chandler , wild fight . Bro Makhachev didn't told that Poirier didn't got any jiu-jitsu. He just said that who gave him a black belt. There's a difference 💯 because last time when we saw him with Oliveira , we all knew what happened 🤷🏻‍♂️ that roll by dp when Oliveira caught his single wrist was totally unnecessary 😂 , he just led Oliveira to get a top of him and in the entire 2nd round Oliveira did ground and pound and made dp tired

That's probably precisely the gap between the elite of the B leagues like Bellator and the elite of the UFC. If your game falters by a hair, the best in the world will pounce onto that weakness without mercy. It's the game of making just ONE less mistake than your opponent.
