the fact that jon anik lays no traps for some "clickbaiting titles" and gives dustin respect and privacy without forcing him to answer is just great to see. i mean who says "no comment is ok too" that is soo damn refreshing to hear. this is what it really looks like when someone who cares about fighters, interviews a fighter. no baiting, no phony "journalism" tricks. it also helps that jon anik is the best hands down.

These guys are just built different. I'm 35, fought amateur until I was 29. Then I had neck and back surgery and it was all over. Now I'm a shell of what I was, I juries cought up to me. My genetics aren't the same as these guys. They are a special breed. I know I'm tuff, but these boys are gladiators

I could listen to anik all day, so much passion for the fight game and the voice to match. I was one of those fightville fans so the first Conor fight even though I'm Irish I was routing for Dustin and still am to this day

I like the entire BMF thing, and the UFC should have been much smarter by making the BMF fights at a weight division that doesn't exist like 165 and 175, so that being a BMF won't be affected with the rest of the division considering that a fighter won't look bad later on losing his BMF status or just the illusion of it, which is being the baddest since both are on a 1 fight winning streak and got submitted against the number 1 ranked Oliveira, and this fight being at 165 would have justified the BMF belt much better.

Dustin answering Conor as hardest puncher he's ever faced shows that he's a very honest person. Considering how Conor has acted, what he's said and done..Dustin has a massive amount of fights and most of them under the zuffa banner. So plenty of top tier fighters and he still said Conor
