I know the crowd was mostly people getting the tickets cheap from all the refunds but they were seriously, coming from an Irish man, the worst crowd ever. Booing a 3 round war because it was a draw? Booing Smolka for winning? As for Irish fighters, McGregor and Duffy are our only great ones. I was glad to see Pendred get rocked about

This is hilarious these comments bashing on the Irish over these few defeats just goes to show how the invasion is in everybodys head just because there own country could not support anybody the way the irish support our own they have to spew hatred and take these defeats go run a mile with them. You Could still hear that astonishing passion after paddy lost and also for his aponent. People are jealous they seen the atmosphere that we can bring i honestly think everyone is baffled and don't have anything else to do but try and kill the vibe and spread negativity. we will stick by our warriors win or loose our people will still be by there sides screaming and chanting there hearts out because at the end of the day we all go to war. people need to recognize this if they already have not its the irish passion we have not the irish win streak

polakoune Brazilian fans are the worst. Tied with Ireland. From the event that were in Mexico, the fans there are great and honor all fighters. Same with USA. There's a difference between supporting your fighters and being an all out cunt and disrespectful. Throwing drinks in the cage, really? Booing at weigh ins? These things tend to only happen in Brazil or Ireland. From what I've seen of fights the world over, Asian fans are the best and most educated. It's not the same everywhere.

The co main with Norman Parke was sloppy. The main event was a technical ground game full of reversals up until the end of rd 2 when Smolka got the last say and mounted ginger

I said this before and I will say it again. Conor impressed me a little in the Mendes fight. But whats really shocking about him and all the irish fighters(Except Duffy) is that they have zero groundgame. They don't know how to defend subs, even passing guard. If Aldo is smart he will just take conor down. lay on him for 15 minutes. After that conor will be exhausted and the Sub should be real easy. Aldo 4th round Rear naked choke.
