Ian Garry can win this with ease because he can control the distance if necessary. That's Prates weakness. Prates is good against stationary guys, and most of KOs come when he has the opponents pressed against the cage.

I am Irish...I agree... I don't like him too... He talks first then thinks later. He should try to reverse that and study a little. But as a fighter... You juat need to believe in yourself and that he does... in spades... And he could have won the Rokmanov fight... It was close... The only man to bring that guy to a decision. With more experience I think Garry will meet Rokmanov again and win... Their are holes in his game no one saw and Garry exposed that... Talent exposed that... That talent and his fight IQ will allow him to win this weekend. When Garry fights you can see him thinking. That is a good sign. He is calculating and not wreckless. That is a craftmans shapening his tools. Let's see what happens this weekend.

Ian's last fight was against a Shavkat with a torn MCL. He lost the decision. Before that, it was MVP; he won a competitive decision against the 38 year old. And before that, he won a decision against Neil Magnay, who was running from Prates by the end of the 1st, and then KO'd by Prates in the 2nd (Prates last fight). If Ian wins I will shit chicken.
