I love how Amanda has good sportsmanship, she shakes her and and walks off every calmly, doesn’t talk shit. When Amanda lost the fight she still had that good sportsmanship and respect to her by clapping when she lost and then congratulating her. We need more athletes like her…..Amanda will be back better then ever…..👏👏👏

I think Amanda might have had too many distractions in her life leading up to this fight. I don’t think she was actually hungry for victory the way Juliana was. Juliana wanted to win so damn bad and wasn’t sacred at all. Amanda thought it was just going to be another easy title defense. She severely underestimated Peña. When you think that way and things don’t go according to plan, you fatigue quicker, you’re not prepared mentally and physically to be in that situation and are more prone to make mistakes and abandon your preparations. Once a fighter loses that hunger and drive, it can be difficult to get it back. Excited for this rematch!

I'm a huge PENA fan after that first fight. It was literally a showcase of self-confidence will and determination against All odds. one of the best fights I've ever seen it literally brought tears to my eyes. here's why I'm kind of nervous, I feel like it was a Mike Tyson buster Douglas moment. Amanda had a lot going on and she didn't really train full out for that first fight, looking back and watching the fight without emotion or audio both ladies were rocked and literally gone the final minute of the fight. they were fighting on instinct. even though I want Pena, to win tonight is going to be fireworks and could go either way.

They both rocked each other badly with jabs and neither of them knew wtf was going on for the last minute of the fight. After it stopped, Pena asked the official if she had won. Apart from a sub while they are dry i don't see any solid win condition for Pena.

It wasn’t even wrapped properly. But amana had already given up. She was so exhausted and done that there was no way she could stop that choke. So in first sign of danger she gave up. Quite same how glover submitted Jan .

It's going to be good! I think the UFC could get far more viewership if it didn't come on so late though. Glad I'm on the west coast because by the time they fight it will be around midnight on the east coast. By that time people are either going to bed or are in the club on a Saturday night. Nunes in 3.

Pena is the only person to date who has walked right Nunes punches like they were nothing and went shot for shot with her. Nunes could have easily escaped the winning submission last fight but chose not to because she doesn't like to get punched in the mouth. Just look at Pena's face after the fight, her eyes were swollen shut and Nunes face was untouched.

How could she have easily escaped the choke? The choke was on for real. She was totally gassed out. You don't have to have the hooks set in for the choke submission to be successful. You should call nunez, and ask her why didn't she just roll out of that? See what she tells you.

amanda's attitude on this fight is comparable to that of anderson silva on his first loss. both was not on their A game Both congratulated their opponent in a way as if they 're happy to be not the champion anymore. Silva's speech after losing is something to think about..

looked like juliana was effortfully throwinf some thing strikes out there on the feet throughout, but i didn't expect them to calculate as suddenly as they did, although it was in a series of perhaps something of straighter thrusted blows in the midst of hitting hitting amanda... however, amanda responded really abruptly in the first round, enough to make you wonder what she was capable of.
