Islam biggest weakness is his chin in my opinion, yes he got koed before but he also got dropped by a jab from Davi ramos. But both of them underestimate each other wrestling and striking skills. That's why Islam had so much success in the striking. And volkanovski so much success in the wrestling.

Alex was a short 5'6" who simply put on a lot of muscles, so he could play rugby against 6'3" 230lb guys! And he didn't switch to MMA until he's 23 or so! And despite Islam's next level wrestling, judo, and BJJ and 5 inches taller and 15 pounds heavier, he couldn't do a thing against Alex, in the wrestling or in BJJ submissions! I also have to admire Islam, too, though: he's known mostly for his wrestling and BJJ; but he showed tonight, that even when those two major tools his his failed, he could still stand there and do 90% toe to toe against the best stand-up guy at the UFC on a pound for pound basis, for 5 rounds!
