I went from 190 to 175 shredded in 4 month,its doable and it feels so good.I used to think I was in shape because I was big and I was lifting weights but boy was I wrong.I started doing more cardio and doing body weight training instead and the result is incredible.

Was just thinking that he made it look easy. That takes incredible discipline over time to accomplish and sustain. Its like he woke up one day and decided to lose 50 lbs and get a six pack. 🤷🏾♂️

When I look at the Hermansson stoppage in these promos lately it looks kind of early. So did the Branch stoppage. Stoppage at 1:18 definitely wasn't a bad stoppage tho.
