J-Lau has always been one of my favorites. An unassuming computer nerd who could eat your soul once in the cage.

Automatic like, Joe Lauzon is a Legend no doubt. I grew up watching this guy and he was always a bonus machine.

Was fan of lauzon ever since he knocked pulver out. That was magnificent and then he was even fighting in the TUF that pulver was coaching and won that too. Absolute legend!

Cool to see how connected he must’ve been with his team the way he says “We got fight of the night” “we” did this and that in that fight.

If you arent a fan of Joe Lauzon, you arent a fan of the sport. Pulling for Joe tonight, but mad respect to Cerrone also.

I met Joe at a seminar at a small MMA school in RI back in 2012. Fantastic person all the way around. I've been a huge fan before that but especially ever since. WAR LAUZON!

Lauzon has been a one of my favourites for a long time. His aggression, pace and active jiu jitsu game are amazing. Him Vs Gabe Ruediger is just such an amazing destruction.
