Its one of those things that'll either work for her or it won't and I'm teetering towards the latter because when fighters do stuff like this, they tend to surround themselves with yes-men and their careers plummet. If Nunes loses to Pena again, its safe to say she's one foot out the door.

What I find funny is how much love she’s getting now when before the fight all the comments were “Peña looks sharp… Nunes by 1st round KO HA-HA-HA” she changed the narrative real quick and made a lot of haters fans💪🏼

As someone who’s followed her since TUF all these new comments are hilarious. She’s ALWAYS been beautiful, smart, eloquent etc. she never fought Amanda though. This time Amanda fought someone her size if not a bit bigger than her. I’m glad Julianna Peña with a ñ 😅 is finally getting the recognition she deserves. Saw this woman after a fight in Vegas and she was drop dead gorgeous in person. 😍😍😍😜

I'm glad to see her show up for the voluntary media. Most fighters sit home and complain that the UFC isn't promoting them enough or paying them enough. She's taking advantage of the media opportunities and will have the money follow. Good for her, she's hot and smart.

How can you not like her? I saw cornering a teammate at a small show in Oklahoma five or six years ago. She seemed to be as focused on cornering as she is when she's fighting her own fights. Super glad for her. Big fan.
