Congrats to Justin. The adjustments he made at the third were beautiful. Trevor is a great coach. I knew fiziev was weak to straight shots from the Moicano and Bobby green fights. I wish Justin had done them earlier on. Extremely stacked division.

THIS THE FIRST TIME I EVER CRIED WATCHING A FIGHT.... I thought Gathe was going down...age caught up with him...He lost a step...Fiziev just too good. I felt despair, sadness and hate.... Then towards the end of round two Fiziev slowed down just a bit while Gathe stood strong. Here I saw a faint glimmer of hope. Round 3 Gathe used the one thing that separates him from Chandler...His brain I don't need to explain what happened next if you are reading this....But the tears of happiness started flowing. I've watched hundreds of fights and even have a handful of my own fights under my belt. But this was the first time I've ever cried

the argument for fiziev claiming a decision is utterly non existent. Rounds 1 and 2 were completely wiped off the board and no longer mattered in scoring the fight because of how devastating round 3 was. Justin put 5 rounds worth of damage on his face in 5 minutes and that seals it.

Justin looking like Prime Justin. His striking was of course on point but his defense looked much improved & he picked his shots so much better then he has in the past. & you can tell he’s been in the weight room because his frame looks a lot thicker & his punches (mainly his uppercuts) had some extra zing on em.

his ability to finds shots with such confidence and utter destrucitve intent is a thing of beauty man. after T. Witman said "he is just rhytmic" Gaethje found himself finally planted into the matrix and just became a ball of fist delivery mashine that hurts everything that comes near it with full force. he is so fun man.

I think FIzzy said to Justin - " All your punches do damage ". Fizzy's face confirms. Chandler and Tony concur. Respect to Justin for giving enough to the fans to uphold his rep, yet not letting his brawler emotion takeover and let Fizzy exploit that. Great fight, but then again almost all of Justin's fights are.
