Congrats to Justin. The adjustments he made at the third were beautiful. Trevor is a great coach. I knew fiziev was weak to straight shots from the Moicano and Bobby green fights. I wish Justin had done them earlier on. Extremely stacked division.

THIS THE FIRST TIME I EVER CRIED WATCHING A FIGHT.... I thought Gathe was going down...age caught up with him...He lost a step...Fiziev just too good. I felt despair, sadness and hate.... Then towards the end of round two Fiziev slowed down just a bit while Gathe stood strong. Here I saw a faint glimmer of hope. Round 3 Gathe used the one thing that separates him from Chandler...His brain I don't need to explain what happened next if you are reading this....But the tears of happiness started flowing. I've watched hundreds of fights and even have a handful of my own fights under my belt. But this was the first time I've ever cried

as soon as he started using the jab, changed everything. All his other strikes were easier to land after he established his range with the jab. It took away Rafa's pressure too. Such a simple adjustment but so profound.

I really think this is the biggest win of Justin's career, absolutely sensational performance against a very, very dangerous Fiziev that was heavily favored to finish Justin. I'm a huge Gaethje fan, but I too really thought Fiziev was going to be way too much and would piece up and finish Justin for sure. That all said, Fiziev is the real fucking deal and despite the loss this was a huge coming out party for him. Fiziev is a legit monster and will no doubt get his crack at the title in the next year or two. And Jesus Christ, the level of damage Justin inflicted on absolute monsters like prime Tony, Chandler and now Fiziev.. unreal. This fight was just so, so good.. my god.
