Just makes you think I’m tough Colby Covington is. He took like a dozen of those power punches and was eating them even with a broken jaw lol. Tiny jab put burns down one of them puts Jorge out. Make fun of Colby all you want but that dude is a tough SOB man I think he is the only guy who can actually give Usman a challenge. Khamzat could not finish burns so I don’t think he will do good against Colby or Usman

Masvidal used to be such a slick striker, like amazing. He fell into trying to KO everyone and is way more flat footed. I watched Masvidal vs Iaquinta the other day and Masvidal had such slick striking back then

Truly there was never anything cringe about Usman, it just rubs people wrong that someone like him spoke so confidently about himself and didn't allow himself to fall into doubt or pressure of what "fans want" in terms of entertainment. But he has for sure earned uncontestable respect after the recent streak he went on. If he gets it back, what will then. be the narrative?

i think what made him cringe is that he is trying so hard to be someone else and it doesnt come across natural unlike other fighters who play characters. He talks like he is telling scary campfire stories, copies Adrien Broner and Conor Mcgregor. You can see compilations of him faking a Nigerian accent and even copied Mcgregor's irish accent unintentionally. I like him as a fighter, aside from the cheats, but he just cant decide what his persona is gonna be and it makes him cringe.

It was only recently that I started to truly appreciate Usman as a champion. He really was incredible. Took every fight with anyone who wanted the smoke. Always active, even with two bum knees. The man was a terror.

It amazes me how fast the world moves, a year ago usman was on top of the world being praised for his succes. now people look over him, because he lost 2 times to one of most technical strikers we have ever seen in the sport and a short notice fight against a already very high praised fighter who had not faced someone of his caliber. made it an great fight its doubted that if it was a 5 round fight he might even have made a comeback in the championship rounds. i still think most of the top welterweight dont have a chance against a healthy and prepared Kamaru Usman. would love to see him comeback and show the fans who he is and solidefy his hof status

Usman's best weapon was his confidence, you could see it in his ring walk his intro and how he fights. Leon took that from him when he KOed him, Usman could have beat Khamzat but he was hesitant in the striking exchanges when he was clearly superior. Usman will always be one of my favourite fighters, truly one of the greats.

Like any other champ the people always want to see them lose. But Usman I feel like just gets better with each fight and the dude is humble yea he might talk crap for the fights but overall humble and chill dude. He will go down as one of the greats no doubt

He still deserves it. He was freaking dominant in the most competitive weight class. 9 times out of 10, usman wins against Edwards. But kudos to Edwards for beating the goat.

@@soulzy3596 McGregor? Lololol Loved McGregor 5 years ago mainly (due to his charismatic persona) but he was never dominant like Usman. Whenever McGregor fought, I wanted him to win but was nervous for him. Whenever Usman fights, I'm nervous for the other guy because I think Usman can literally permanently damage his opponents. He's that dominant in my opinion.
