I feel like middleweight is a bad move for him, he realistically only needs to get another high ranking win at WW. Then he could most likely recapture his title.

Thats because they forget how good Burns was at the time. People touted Burns as the one to dethrone him because he was so damn good. But Usman humbled him and made it easier for others to beat him. Infact, Burns career never remained the same aafter that loss. Just like what Izzy did to Paul Costa.

Jorge said that Usman had no power yet he damn near decapitated him that's funny. He broke Colby's jaw in the fifth round and the referee stopped the fight. This guy's been changing up his game and he's just a beast I don't think anybody will beat him anytime soon at all. He is the definition of the word Savage. I know Usman lost I get it he lost a leon Edwards by knockout but I think that was a fluke I mean come on. He'll get a rematch I don't think he's going to lose anytime soon he already lost.

You people have to stop calling his win a 'fluke'. It was perfectly set up by the right and left faint, Usman dipped, Leon threw the left kick, timed it perfectly, Usman got caught, headshoot, boom, done. This is the fight game, anything can happen. Maybe Leon COULD win the third fight, where he'll be the underdog for sure. We cannot deny that fact after what we saw and it just shows how many people don't know anything about fighting (even other fighters including Izzy said Leon is technically one of the best in WW and the biggest threat to Usman. Look at him now lad).

2021 usman run is crazy good. Started off the year by TKO burns, proceeds to KO masvidal and then had a war with Colby his no.1 threat at the time. The fight would’ve won FOTN if gaethje chandler wasn’t fighting. He also sold almost 2mil ppv in 2021. Legendary man, PUT SOME RESPECT ON HIS NAME.

And the great thing is that it’s all down hill from here. A fighter is never the same after a knock out like that, after you become so arrogant and full of yourself. He won’t be winning the trilogy. Leon won’t have the elevation disadvantage next time, he wouldn’t have been recently knocked out, he will be bigger, and he will have the confidence.
