Please help me understand…I know a good bit about wrestling but not submissions. In the last 10-15 seconds, Fili was in the Guillotine Choke Hold. I was watching Filis right arm and it wasn’t doing anything. It looked easy to me if he would have put his right hand or fist off Costa’s head or throat area, creating space and possible escape. However, maybe I’m wrong in feeling like that should have been utilized by Fili. Again, I don’t know submissions so maybe he couldn’t?
