I actually hope to see Michael Chandler fight in the UFC for at least another four years. He has brought some excitement and a different tone to the organization.

GSP never got out of shape and looked fantastic at like 35/36. This is the difference between someone like Paddy and chandler.

His mind is sharper now than it was last year! The man's brain is firing on all cylinders. He can speak better than any other fighter. He has the ability to pick a topic and then follow it through with perfect precision, and doesn't lose track of what he is saying. Not smoking weed, or taking any drugs, has clearly helped his brain. It was fun listening to Tony's press conference, but I'm not even sure what he said.

I think if it ends in a draw, it's because Mike took pity on Tony and didn't want to give him a proper send-off. Tony is a very skilled individual, but the Gaethe test alone showed that Mike has a bit more durability than Tony. A draw could sell a high-value rematch to boost the stock of both fighters even more, maybe.

I don't get the hate for Chandler. For a guy who's relatively short in a sport that rewards you for being tall, he doesn't complain or use it as justification for anything. He doesn't kill himself trying to lose weight and fight smaller guys. He goes out there and bangs with everyone no matter who they are. Also, he doesn't play the "tough guy" persona. JG has been talking kinda crazy since getting this fight with Charles so its nice to hear Chandler just give it to us straight in such a respectful manner although JG has walked back some of what he has said. Regardless theyre both exciting fighters. You can tell by the way they both get rocked in fights, but keep coming, that they give it their all. Thats about all you can ask for from elite fighters.
