I think maybe because we're seeing Moicano being forced to confront the limits of his capabilities, and just how far away he is from ceiling that the true elites like Islam are operating at. I think that's what makes the clip as raw and intriguing as it is. It's very human and very real

He underestimated Islam. He thinks he just gets lucky. Moicano just learned what it’s like to fight a top level fighter. Sad part is that Islam went easy. He knew Moicano didn’t deserve a beating on short notice. Moicano was extremely overwhelmed and got extremely scared when Islam took him down. Once that darce was on, Moicano felt something that he’s never felt before. He immediately panicked and tapped.

Wasn’t one day notice, he was the backup fighter so had to train, make weight etc as though he’s going to fight. Got confirmed a day out, sure. Respect to him for getting in the there against Islam, who’s a beast
