Big difference between flinching and bracing for impact, she braced for impact before the shot, didn't flinch during it. Stupid ass rules for a stupid ass thing but, she didn't technically flinch when she got landed on.

Its only a flinch if it impacts the slap, She tenses. A flinch is someone moving to evade or lessen the damage, her head may wobble but it doesnt leave placement.
