That's what I walk around at just weighed myself yesterday. If I fought in the ufc there's no way id fight at my walk around weight I'd get bludgeoned.

After a training camp id I'd probably just do a 10 pound weight cut to 145 I still might be undersized though I'm 5'9. I'm guessing 145ers walk around 165-170

Weight cutting ruins the sport. It makes weight classes pretty much all catch weight. Whoever is willing to cut more gets the weight advantage.....trash. At least have a max weight replenishment rule.
