Does this mean that you can flinch every time and not get hit, and then have three chances to knock the opponent out? Every flinch should result in another slap.

There's a glaring problem with the rules here. If the guy fouls for flinching. Then the winner should still be up to strike next. This was lame, the winner had to keep receiving strikes because the other guy is scared to get hit.
