seems like its more beneficial to foul on the first move. you either lose by KODQ but still a KO, which will get you views or you rock your opp setting him up for a KO next round.

I'm guessing it's part of his strategy. Because if he knocks the shit out of them, it's just a foul. Then, the now weakened opponent, won't strike as hard and will likely get knocked out in the next round. It's taking advantage of some really stupid rules, but then again, this is a really stupid sport. And I'm also stupid for watching it XD

These knockout rules seem harsh to me. If he gets up in time, give him the 60 second recovery then test his motor skills before deciding if the fight can continue. This isn’t a boxing match.
