That sequence and camera angle was crazy. You can see Aljo getting over extended and leaning forward and his eyes tracking o'Malley's cross coming in. Aljo saw it coming but because he had over extended his feet were flat and planted. That slow motion was one of the best "make them miss and make them pay" I've ever seen, it truly is a game of inches.

The way Aljamain handles the loss immediately after getting finished was as impressive as Sean's performance. He never said a word about early stoppage or called for a rematch right the and there. He held himself accountable for the loss and even gave a short heartfelt speech for the fans. Thats how a man should handle a loss.

Watching it back in real time, that counter right that dropped Aljo was some of the slickest striking I’ve ever seen. The absolute perfect timing and reaction after slipping Aljo left, and making sure it hit the button, picture perfect right hand by O’Malley. What a performance.

No where near an early stoppage, if the ref had stopped it right after sterling got slumped then it would've been early but he did not so it wasn't. End of conversation buddy.

Wasn't an underdog for me, I disagree with Suga I don't think Aljo is the best Bantamweight of all time, he beat Petr Yan in a scumbag way the first fight and then held his back for a few rounds in the next one to luck a split decision. Then he got a squeeze in the TJ fight when his shoulder was popped before the ref said fight... Suga took a tough fight with Yan to get that Title shot and he looked a lot better going in... Congrats O'Malley

holy shit O'malley's control of space is immaculate. Perfect distance from Sterling's right hand, half an inch closer and he would have gotten clocked, and the fact that Sean didnt even flinch to Sterling's punch shows how confident he was on his control of space, he knew he was at the perfect distance for a counter.

He caught him clean standing, but what accuracy in gnp are you talking about? He missed most of them and almost got up kicked into oblivion. Were you saying the same thing when Mctapper was taking a pounding in the ground from Khabib? He was pounded much worse, didn't put up any defense except covering up, and yet the fight wasn't called.
