For me Cung Le is one of the best fighter ever. I'm a real fan of his martial way.

sanshou/sanda is so underused in mma today... it has huge potential, it basically fills up most of the stand up game there is. get yourself some grappling training and you're set.

I'm Chinese and its a shame that we have very few people are dedicated into our own martial arts like Cung Le( knowing he is from Vietnam). It's always about making profits and set up fights instead of systematic training and doing the hard work, which is the main reason we don't have a world class fighter to stand in the octagon. I smiled when our SanDa champion lost to Cung Le in the international San Da competition, knowing our man is clearly out of shape and lack of skill. What a slap in the face... Yet ten years after Le is still good and we still don't have a good fighter. Lol.

so what he's saying is it's not a spinning back fist but rather a spinning hammer fist and a spinning side thrust.. or spinning wheel kick and that last one is actually a spinning hook kick... whatever he calls them he has them down very smooth and very effective but wait what happened to his other signature move...
