Patrick Keller but his choke defense hasn't. choked more than Jenna Jameson. horrible showing by Machida tonight.
@patrickkeller4589 жыл бұрын
Yea it was unfortunate. I gotta give Rockhold props, his ground game is nasty. Hope it's not the beginning of the end for Machida. He'll always be better than average but time is running out for another title shot. I think Weidman destroys Rockhold. Even old man Lyoto was stealin on him in the first. And that was only Machida's 2nd sub loss btw, equal to the number of times LR has been TKOd. Lukehold is only filth on the ground. Jenna Jameson gets strangle-fucked quite a bit more.

Karate use to be very legit. Unfortunately a bunch of McDojos ruined the reputation. Back in the like 1980s they sent 3 Karate Masters to Thailand to fight Muey Thai fighters. 2/3 won. That tells you how effective it was. If Karate got rid of the Bullshit rules of not hitting in the face. It would be a very effective real world Martial Art.

One thing about "True Karatekas" like Lyoto Machida: First, they are always disciplined/balanced w/ sense of chivalry. Second, they always have refined bone structures that's been harnessed thru years and years of tough gruesome training. Case in point, just look at his fists, especially his knuckles, they are shaped like a hammer. Might not look it but Machida's opponents must have felt the blows even when blocked by its hardness and heavy impact. Even a blocked kick against the head will have you reeling from the concussion of the force imposed.

That's confirms it. Seagal did work with him and suggest he use the move. Seagal saying he taught him the move was lyoto probably being respectful to seagal and let him believe he was truly teaching him, a UFC fighter, let Steven feel good about himself, machida seems like a nice guy who would do something like that.

What Lyoto said about Jones is exactly what I said at the time, when Jones answered the bell for round two you could see a look of fear in his eye... Sure he choked Lyoto out but there's no doubt what he was thinking when the bell rang for round 2.
