By far the best UFC doc to date just from a straight human perspective. Thug Rose is and will always be a true testament of what it is to be not only a champion but a human in pursuit of being the best version of themselves while openly accepting all parts of what makes us doubt ourselves. Thank you for being awesomely human to you and all of your team... The Thug Rose story, is really a story about life and the struggles we all endure from day to day. With most people, things happen that effected us early on in life. We either choose to lay down and give up, or stand and fight our way thru all the madness. Parents who choose to fight the child's battles for them and protect them along the way, are the same kids that end up either medicated or full of anxiety later on in life. We all struggle to survive, so choose to keep swinging back and never give up.....

I'm not saying that that's the secret to her fighting success, yet I do believe that her musical education, as is even mentioned in this video, provides her with more in terms of rhythm awareness and an increased ability to focus on what she's doing during training and during fights. It reminded me of a South American football player from Argentina , German Cano, who apparently became this prolific goal scorer after he took up playing golf.

I wept like a child watching this remarkable young lady. Rose is much more than a champion. Rose is everyone, all of us, who struggle with the things in life that hold us captive. She's insecurity, esteem, confidence, ego and all those human characteristics that people deal with and try to overcome. She's not fearless - she's courage in the face of fear. That's what makes Rose a champion. She's an every girl who works to become better than her former self. She is wise beyond her insecurities. She's her own worst enemy. If she gets out of her own head and way, she's unstoppable. She gave Carla that win because of her last outing with Esparza. She had more than what she needed to put Carla away. She undoubtedly is the best in her weight division.

Never seen a single fight of yours (maybe few highlights), all because I am not into fighting sport... but after watching entire thing, I can tell that you are TRUE inspiration Rose! Sooner or later in our lives we all face demons who are trying to destroy all we created so far... people around us helps a little, but in the end of the day it's you who have to make a move and get rid of those demons. You are a good person and I wish you and your family all the best in the future! THUG sounds great, but we all can see that you are lady...Lady of the Octagon.

One Champion who never lost is human soul... truly The best by accepting the flaws that comes with that humanity! Always true to herself, never needed to do the typical fake "iam the tuffest clown of the curral" like others that come before... In truth to be a real Champion one needs to be inspirational, and introverted Rose is still that,, bacause all her fights were never against her opponents, they always were against her demons that needed conquering!
