A champ who was so scared to fight lesnar fare and square....he took roids to fight lesnar...because he knew that without that he will be destroyed by brock....so overeem was just a average ufc fighter who feared brock lesnar

Overeem was so scared that he beat the piss out of juiced up Lesnar anyway lmao Brock is nothing without steroids and USADA won't let him come back, that's why he can't even fight in the ufc but he's allowed to do WWE. Overeem without roids is still a contender at heavyweight and could easily destroy a non juiced Brock

Brock was really never anything more than a sideshow attraction, someone to expand the ufc fan base. I am glad he is quiting before he got hurt, he does not belong in the cage with real fighters . It does take a great amount of courage to get in the cage & I have delvelop some respect for him as a man!

If you morons actually took the time to watch the video you would see a few things 1: with one hit alistair got a cut over his eye he fired back and for the most part got no respones. 2: brock was actually holding his ground very well in the beginning he was waiting for an opportune moment to take him down but obviously he ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT just charge (at that time) one of the deadliest strikers in the heavyweight division. 3: notice alistair (like the coward he is) kept going over and over for the body... You really think he was doing that by accident?... No he knew that was brocks weakest point and he exposed it... It is honestly sad that so many people hate the guy this much if you're gonna hate on someone hate them for real reasons... But then again these are the same people who bash brock for steroids all day long but suck jon jones asshole and make every excuse in the world for him.

I can't WAIT for the Nate Diaz vs. Cowboy Cerrone fight. Nate Diaz, Donald Cerrone, Melvin Guillard, and Ben Henderson are all SHARKS as Rogan puts it. They're all the best they've ever been right now, and are all scary good. Then there's up and comers like Sam Stout, Joe Lauzon, Anthony Pettis, and fighters like Takanori Gomi, Clay Guida, and Gray Maynard who have been at the top and are still a threat. Add Gilbert Melendez, and Shinya Aoki and it can only get more interesting.

Alistair Overeem won the K-1 tournament without a kickboxing backround, he was strictly a mixed martial artist. Alistair Overeem has very good grappling, in the Judo and Jiu Jitsu sense especially. He isn't one dimensional, he isn't a striker, he is a fighter and a great one at that. He has been outstruck and knocked out in MMA several times standing though, he's not this unbeatable guy on the feet, he does bad under pressure standing. This fight is so much more interesting than they make it.

Dana's a genius he's set up the perfect fight for Brock against a guy with huge name recognition amongst fight fans who's been a champ in various fight orgs but stylistically won't have much to offer Brock. Once Brock beats him Dana can point out how UFC fighters are so much better than K1, Strikeforce, Dream etc. I've got Cerrone in the other fight, Nate will wanna keep in standing and the Cowboy's too good on his feet for Nate.

Honestly in a fight like this anything can happen we can either expect a really good old knockout or some elite wrestling control and Ground and Pound by Brock lesnar or an unexpected submission by either man, and as for the Nate diaz and Donald Cerrone fight I see that been fight of the night and I see that fight going to distance and as for the Hendricks vs Fitch fight I just see that been a grappling match also going to distance

You can tell Cerrone like the Diaz brothers as a person. In some way they are a like given that one comes from stockton and ones from Colorado. Diaz bros don't like to make friends with fighters prior to their fight. Hope they can squash the beef after.

I know this is off topic, but I'd really like to see a Jon Bones Jones fight Vs Brock Lesnar Or some other heavy hitting strikers like Valasquez, Dos Santos or Carwin, just to see how he'd fair against guys who reach wise and height wise are his size. Jones seems to be dominating because hes got reach and technique that are too much for Light Heavyweights. Want to see him match up against Actual Heavyweights.

@Kino483 The ONLY reason brock was even able to touch him is because Overeem didn't have to worry about Lesnars stand up, he had his arms down and in a low stance. He was anticipating a takedown attempt the whole time. Besides, it doesn't take much to get cut.
