So according to Hendricks as well as his fans.... He won the fight against GSP because GSP looked more busted up... Very interesting. So will it be accurate if I say he lost this fight because he is more busted up than Lawler? You know the fact that there is even a debate as to who won this fight proves in my eyes why Hendricks although more exciting than GSP will never be as dominant as GSP. How many fights now has there been debate whether Hendricks really won? The Koscheck fight, the Condit fight, the GSP fight and now the Lawler fight. At least when GSP fought there was not a shred of doubt that he didn't just win, he dominated. Anyways I always give respect where it's due... Lawler vs. Diaz 2 should be the Co Main Event of a PPV or the Main Event for UFC on FOX 12 so that the fight can be 5 rounds.

The UFC should scrap the round system and go to the old one 15 minute round and one 25 minute round for main events and title fights. That way we can truly see the endurance of fighters and judge the fight on a whole, not on single rounds.

I wanted Johny to win because he got screwed over last time with GSP, but now I kind of feel bad for Lawler. He seems like such an nice and humble guy. Hopefully he fights for the belt again soon.

I love both of these fighters. Lawler is a true warrior.. Respectful, humble and has the heart of a Gladiator. I saw the decision the way it went. Lawler was exhausted, was taken down and hardly defending himself at the end. I think the fifth round was the deciding round. I'm REALLY looking forward to Lawler vs Ellenberger! I think it's a better matchup than some people are saying.

Was the UFC belt wrapped around Hendricks waist prior to the fight? Did MR. WHITE and Hendricks deem him the champ in their heads prior to this brawl because they both thought that he beat GSP? Johny's town... Johny's night? Robbie stalked him, laughed at his attempts to try and intimidate, stopped his takedowns, opened up his eye with his fists and graciously accepted defeat. Why? You can just tell by the smirk on Dana's face that it is all about the rematch, which ultimately means it's about the all mighty dollar. At least Don King did it with a smile and maniacal laughter. Robbie is smart, just shake your head and let it all play out for the nefarious MR. WHITE. Much respect to both fighters and great fight.

The Von Flue choke was superb by OSP. It was the highlight of the night, besides the main event. Johny faced a lot of adversity, but he still fought through and got a well deserved win for his belt.

Johny Hendricks is for real the toughest person to fight in the WW division right now, he's not unbeatable though and that's what Lawler has showed us. Robbie deserves a huge bonus or pay increase after that fight, anything to keep him fighting because I didn't hear him say if he was coming back or not. I hope he does but it almost looked like he was ready to quit fighting. He's been doing it for a long time though.

Every single time except the GSP fight Jonny gets the decision, Kroscheck, Carlos, and now. The UFC and commissions need to get together and figure out something. One man is winning the round due to strikes but is taken down the last 30 secs just cause he can steal the round? A take down with very little offense on the top but the guy on bottom is constantly hitting, elbowing and attempting submmissions. That's how Johny beat Carlos with no offense after he took him down. It should be the same score for a take down and when someone stuff the take down too. Rant over

Lawler did an excellent job, I think if he would have worked them body punches from jump he could gassed Jonny quicker. Jonny did a good job of mixing his hands n feet together. He exposed Lawler's kick defense and consisently took advantage of it.

Lawler is the best person there. Woodley seems to have a real shitty personality or maybe he is just stupid or something. He seems to believe he rocked Condit and knocked him out. They called it a TKO victory but seriously that's fucked up to claim Tyron knocked out Condit. Tyron doesn't seem to have any respect and is annoying. I hope the UFC make him fight either Hendricks or Lawler and then we get to see him knocked out again like he was against Marquardt. Or bring Diaz back and put him against Tyron. I have a feeling the next fighter to get a shot will be Rory, thanks mainly to Joe Rogan mentioning him after the fight. Personally I think Matt Brown should get a title shot if he beats Silva but that fight is a few months away and Matt didn't exactly cover himself in glory with his recent comments, he's right though, some topless fighting would be extremely watchable, maybe not in the UFC though!

I think GSP won their fight and Hendricks won this fight. Hendricks hit the nail on the head and supported just that. He should have come out in the fifth against GSP like he did in this fight. He learned a valuable lesson was all. I think it was disrespectful of him after the fight with GSP to not take the high road but when you are charged with that much adrenaline its definately excusable. The only problem I see here with Hendricks as champ is can he dominate like GSP did? Highly unlikely but not impossible. I hope he proves me wrong however. I think whatever cred he lost in my eyes verbally after GSP he regained here showing grace and maturity in how he handled this huge win. Good luck to him and I also think it would be great to see the GSP rematch. He can win that fight as well as GSP could so the weltereight division is wide open in the UFC again and it could lead to some exciting matchups and possibly some rivalries. I love a great story and a great fight.

I wish Condit vs Woodley wouldn't have ended that way.. I mean, Condit was taking everything woodley had to offer and didn't even seem phased. I'll admit though that woodley's better than I thought. Hopefully condit can recover quickly though and fight either, Lawler or Matt Brown, and get his rematch with Woodley or Hendricks. Whichever comes first.

They should make another welterweight card. Woodley vs Lombard for the number one contender ( 5 round fight). Co main event for the next title shot should be Kim vs Browne(because of their consecutive wins).Nick diaz vs Ellenberger, although I would like to see a rematch between robbie and Hendricks because it was a close fight.IMO this would be a excellent PPV. At least we don't have another GSP as champ, granted johnny pussed out at the end to secure the W, but he stood there with the most dangerous striker at that weight class.

Who would I have rather been at the end of the last round? And in this fight I chose to be Lawler because Hendrix got far more beaten up. Overall without using ten point must system, I give it to Lawler. Judging by facial damage it goes to Lawler again.

At the end of the day it was a great fight and both guys fought great and feel there is two winners In this case.
