Mark Horp he didn't avoid him if you submit a guy in less than a minute he does not deserve to fight you again. Werdum is right what does he get from facing Fedor again? nothing. Fedor wasn't even a champion and the fight wasn't controversial so no point in taking the fight again. It's called being smart.

Was a long time ago for Werdum. He's a much different fighter now. Not even remotely close to the BJJ only fighter he was in their first fight. Cain was a #JDSVictim too.

Realistically Werdum probably has the best style to beat Cain. He can hang on the feet and if Cain takes him down (which Cain is effective because he mixes it up so I'm guessing he will) he's not dealing with JDS on the ground. Werdum is a different level.

Obviously he's got it under control and he knows his body better than any of us, but it can't be healthy to get that fat in between fights. As a former fatty turned fighter, I can attest to feeling physically much better.
