On episode #1 of UFC 184 Embedded, fight week begins and the best women’s bantamweights in the world prepare to take center stage. Reigning champion Ronda Rousey counters the pressure of a looming title fight with a day of video games; title challenger Cat Zingano trains in Colorado alongside recent UFC headliner Brandon Thatch. The stars of the co-main event also get in the gaming mindset, with Raquel Pennington braving the snow for a pre-fight massage while former boxing champion Holly Holm hits the gym in Albuquerque. UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the UFC 184: Rousey vs. Zingano title fight, taking place Saturday, February 28 on Pay-Per-View.

fukumean31 Her jiu jitsu is better than Ronda's. Cat is a purple belt in jiu jitsu. Ronda's overall grappling is better. There's a difference between overall grappling and just strictly jiu jitsu. Cat's late husband was a black belt in jiu-jitsu. Cat's won multiple jiu-jitsu tournaments. You can find them on youtube. Ronda is still the better overall grappler in my opinion.

People should learn to have some respect! Besides being intelligent, smart, sensible, nice and A TOTAL BADASS Ronda in a normal person and I admire her for that. I'll take her over any celebrity female as a role model for my daughter any day anywhere any time! as much as i would like cat to win, i noticed in her previous fights she starts out slow and struggling. do that with someone with rousey's caliber, the fight ends with cat either submitted or tko. would be most curious to see holly fight rousey . hope she continues to work on her ground game, take downs, and defense because her hands are obviously there.
