On episode #4 of UFC 185 Embedded, it's open workout day in Dallas. Lightweight champion Anthony Pettis trains and stretches outside of the spotlight, while strawweight champion Carla Esparza gets some upscale room service. Strawweight challenger Joanna Jedrzejczyk takes in an evening workout, and lightweight challenger Rafael Dos Anjos predicts a new champion come Saturday. UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the championship double-header at UFC 185, taking place March 14 on Pay-Per-View.

I went to school with Anthony pettis great guy. Always humble. I remember one time the school bully got in his face and called him a little bitch. That's when I jumped off the locker and kicked him in the face. Long story short pettis was very impressed and begged me to teach him.

***** The point of pound-for-pound rankings is to disregard weight difference. Is Cain's striking technique superior to Anthony's? Almost surely not. Obviously Cain has him in the wrestling. To rhetorically ask if he could beat Cain is pretty odd though, any 185er or less will probably get killed if you put them in against Cain at his comfortable weight. Could Pettis, Johnson, Dillashaw, or Aldo beat Cain if he didn't have a size advantage? No one knows... except Joe Silva probably hahaha.

I can't pick Brown over Hendricks but otherwise I agree. Brown can definitely win but Hendricks may be too much for him. Hard to pick that one but I'm leaning towards hendricks. Though on the other hand, if Condit was able to almost overwhelm Johnny, Brown definitely could. See what I mean? I can't decide on this one

Pettis seems much more of an introvert as we begin to see him more recently. Dos Anjos is very underrated and poses a lot of issues, both standing and grappling. The titanium plates in his jaw, mm thick, won't save him from the pin point strikes Pettis will be throwing with little to no windup. I don't think it'll be a submission, tko with kicks and pinches by showtime. Either way, hope its competive!! Carla, Hendricks, Nelson, gold medal wrestler dude, if he makes weight, and lil Pettis.
