Light heavyweight title contender Daniel Cormier watches tape on himself and then interviews his teammate, undefeated Russian lightweight Khabib Nurmagomedov. Then everyone heads to the weigh-in for their final staredowns before Weidman faces Vitor Belfort and Cormier meets Anthony Johnson in UFC championship bouts. UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to UFC 187: Johnson vs. Cormier, taking place Saturday, May 23 on Pay-Per-View.

He was meant to fight Cerrone for a title eliminator at this event but he tore his meniscus. Injuries really slowed down his career massively. Imagine how many title defences he could have had. Injuries led to him missing weight twice too.

Shikaku Nara McGregor is EXTREMELY entertaining inside the octagon, I was solely referring to the surplus of McGregor's promotional videos the UFC is constantly releasing. Conor's a monster in the cage, outside of the cage he's a lukewarm entertainer. Know what I mean? He has a good chance of beating Aldo for the title, even though Aldo hasn't been beaten in a decade. Stylistically it should be interesting, but once McGregor has the belt, he's got to deal with Frankie Edgar, along with Mendes. He's also most likely going to rematch with a new, more experienced Max Holloway whose on a serious tear. McGregor's belt won't last very long, but yet McGregor's whole career is predicated on him remaining undefeated. So after a loss or two, he's either gonna move up to 155 immediately or disappear like the UFC's previous 'golden boy'. McGregor's frame is much more suited to 155

Amir Salomon just search the ufc 187 weigh in full fight on youtube and fast foward to weidmans part when joe rogans asks him a question. Weidman said his camp found out what his testosterone was which was higher than expected and called him a cheater in front of everyone.

johnj189 apparently Vitor's testosterone levels are extremely elevated. A lot higher than Weidman's who is 10 years younger. He was saying he is still cheating and he's going to give him what he deserves on Saturday night.

***** vitor tested a little under 1200, weidman tested around 400 and he's around a decade younger.

vitor didn't deny it at all. he said his test was within the range.....and it was. 1200 is the max and he was slightly under that. so he is within range...it's just that it's 3x higher than someone 8 years younger which is impossible without some PEDs. the report has been published and it's public knowledge. vitor tested 1200 then weeks later it was 500. for the same 2 tests weidman was 370 and 370.

One thing that I don't understand is why is there so many people that hate on Chris Weidman, this man went through so many hard and sad things in his life, fought till the end, never gave up and became the champ and wins against Silva twice (no the first fight wasnt a fluke, Silva always does that to his opponents, too bad that time his opponent was Chris), was beating up Silva the second time untill the leg break (unfortunate but shit happens), and still people wouldnt give him credits, so he fights Machida and everyone says that Machida is going to win the fight, hes way more superior than Chris in all aspects of the game bla bla bla... he DOMINATES Machida and STILL people would come up with excuses "no Machida wasnt in a good form to fight", "naaa if Machida was 5 years younger then maybe.." ... i even heard this from some dumb fans, no kidding :Yeah but if the fight had more than 5 rounds then for suuuure Machida would have won! I mean seriously guys, i can understand that you could be a fan of his opponents but the hate Chris gets is meaningless and stupid, the dude is young, a good man outside of the ring, good father and family man, respects his opponents and fans and undefeated, so if you hate him just to hate him, the try to find a meaning to your life and stop sharing your hate with us (good fans who respect all the fighters, cause we know what theyre doing is not easy and only a handful of people can do what they do), respectfully !

Signal goes out after Johnsons big punch in the 1st round. It didn't come back til the third So unfortunately, I can't really rate his performance. Was still a good night though. Watching this makes me so nervous. It feels as if Im the one about to fight. A day before the fight, lying down in my suite, I'd be nervous and thinking about what would happen and I'd be all over the place. Hard to imagine what these guys go through. Can't hell but respect them.

Никита Панков I too am a fan of Khabib and so is most people around here but everyone who watches mma around here is rooting for Johnson due to his flare and KO power and they just don't think DC can beat him but that isn't important too me too much because my favorite fighter" the pit bull" is fighting tonight :)

All the people saying Cormier is trashtalking too much have no idea what trashtalk is. He is only confident in his skills and got to believe that he will win this fight. Is he supposed to say " Well, let's see how long i survive against Rumble tomorrow night."?

First of all, he didn't trashtalk about Jones, he only showed that he is confident in his own skills. Another thing is that Cummings is a dirty little prick trashtalking about Cormier in the media and being disrepectful and dishonorable. And no he didn't do the same thing with Jones, because Jones started it by touching him with the head to troll him.
