On Episode 5 of UFC 192 Embedded, the light heavyweights in Houston continue to prepare: champion Daniel Cormier, challenger Alexander Gustafsson, Ryan Bader and Rashad Evans. They use air, water, hard work and trash talk to sweat out the last remaining pounds. Local lightweight fighter Sage Northcutt makes a short drive to the pre-fight medicals in advance of his UFC debut. Then it’s time for the official weigh-in, where all the card’s fighters hit the scale and face off against their opponents. UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the light heavyweight title fight at UFC 192: Cormier vs. Gustafsson, Saturday, October 3 on Pay-Per-View.

Diavolo222 yes it is werdum is the undisputed champion. 100% Bruce Buffer will call daniel the undisputed champion. Boxing doesn't have undisputed champions, ufc does. I'm saying joe didn't call him it and rightly so the only undisputed champion at 205 is Jon Jones he beat Cormier in his last fight and didn't lose the belt.

DiamondBackPain Idk man, Rashad seems slower than Bader atm. The quickness of Baders shots and power was way higher than when they showed Rashad training. Maybe Rashad was straining himself but i was really impressed with Bader, his training partner was feeling those shots through the pads, now imagine the poor fella get hit in the face from one of those punchs... He would be in a coma! Can't wait for the fight though my money is on a easy 1 round win for Bader.

Hoping DC destroys him. DC basically beats anyone at LHW that isn't named jon jones. That's good enough for me to be a fan. Since some people getting offended, me wanting DC to destroy him doesnt mean I hate Gus or want him to not be successful :) Also, me wanting him to destroy him, wont change the fact that it will be a competitive bout win or lose.

Oh, really? I know nothing about housing anywhere in the US, but damn, I wish I could've lived in a place that looked like that. It's pretty crazy that Cormier dropped 40lbs and still looks flabby and undersized for the division. I think Gustaffson is a tougher matchup for him than Johnson. He's going to fight smarter, have better cardio and it's going to be tougher to take him down.
