On Episode 6 of UFC 194 Embedded, the UFC 194 stars go through open workouts, weight cuts and faceoffs as the week builds to the official weigh-in. Motivated from within, featherweight champion Jose Aldo endures boos from the crowd, as Irish interim champion Conor McGregor shoulders the support of his countrymen. Middleweight champion Chris Weidman's wife and kids join him in Las Vegas, and Luke Rockhold welcomes the arrival of Daniel Cormier -- friend, training partner and UFC heavyweight champion. UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the championship double-header at UFC 194, taking place Saturday, December 12 on Pay-Per-View.

People are quick to bash Conor's movement training because they somehow manage to overlook the importance of movement when it comes to fighting, but the truth is that if you master the art of movement you're that much closer to mastering the art of fighting. Conor knows how to punch and kick already he doesn't have to be out here putting on a show for a bunch of vlogs to hype everyone up. That definitely doesn't mean he isn't working his ass off behind the scenes though. Don't be ignorant, if you're a true fan of MMA you understand that what these guys do at such a high level every single day is borderline amazing.

ZeroAffectation The fact that Aldo came for a counter striker off the bat, moved to his power hand and didn't anticipate a reaction was mind boggling. Conor only needed one opening and if Aldo's crazy patterns continued on the feet that fight, he would have been hit a lot more than once I reckon.

McGregor has the best timing and movement in the entire division. The way he slipped and countered Aldo was perfect timing and subsequently led to a knock out, another great example of this was his fight against Alveraz, he was moving in the cage better than any I had seen before and his Boxing was ruthless... I just hope he defends the belt/belts because then he will truly be a champion....

Jose would've lost the fight the first time around, you could just tell McGregor mind fucked him so bad he broked. BUT. Holy shit, anyone else notice how calm, relax, and confident this Aldo look? I think pulling out of the first fight not only gave him time to heal physically but mentally as well. He'd completely tuned out McGregor's nonsense this time around.

There has been an uproar about my friend that is a Psychologist that specializes in Body Language and Deception Detection. There has been many ugly reviews. While watching the 'Embedded' with the Pre Fight Press Conference,she said that Conor McGregor showed signs of being Insecure,Unconfident and Unsure. After seeing the weigh ins,it confirmed her Professional Diagnosis.

Frankie Edgar knocked out a prime Chad Mendes in the first half of the first round. Conor took 10 minutes to knock down a short-notice Mendes. Frankie made Conor look extra unimpressive

Yea but Chad was going to his go to move in the fight with mcgregor which was wrestling, any chance he got he took Conor down didn't want to stand up with Conor, but with Frankie Edgar he was just pushing for a ko no take downs nothing so you can't really compare.

+Steven Ramirez Excuses. Conor was doing just fine on the feet in his fight with Mendes but he simply didn't have the skills to stop the takedowns. He did stop a takedown or two though And yes, Frankie tried a takedown against Mendes. Watch the fight over again, it was a 'lazy' ankle-pick. Conor looked extremely unimpressive compared to Frankie. Conor didn't even knock Chad out, he knocked him down, then threw 3 punches to Chad's shoulder & Chad's guard. He didn't land a single shot directly to Chad's head while he was turtled up

I'm not hating on Jose, he's been a great champion, but how ironic is it that this video starts out with him and his coach saying the first punch landed will finish the fight. I agree with McGregor that Aldo deserved more of a fight, and I also agree that the final result would've stayed the same.

Fuck I hate to say it because I really want Conor to win, but I think Aldo is just gonna be too much. the more I watch the fight with Mendes, it was stopped early, no question about it. Mendes NEVER controlled Aldo like he did Conor on the ground either... Ahhh fuck I hope I'm wrong. I don't think Conor is all hype by any means, but Jose is Jose.
