tom moir He's very dramatic in the way he talks, but "Hot Lava" is actually very common figurative language to use when referring to the mat in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I love the Robin Black Breakdowns! Dude goes HAAM hyping up these fights, and rightly so. I'm very excited to watch Stipe and Fabricio throw down, it should be even more exciting than Fabricio vs Cain. I don't have reason to suspect Stipe's cardio, and his movement and pressure might allow him to push the pace. Fabricio's striking was effective under Cain's pressure and the jiu-jitsu technique of Werdum is flawless, so I gotta give it to The Champ. So much hype for this fight and the entire UFC 198 card!
