I think if Randy Orton prepares for the takedown and keeps the fight standing up, with his athleticism, I think he can give Brock problems. If he can give Brock the RKO, he might have a chance. It really depends on how he prepared, He's coming back from injury, which is always a disadvantage. Hope he put on a good camp cause Brock looks unstoppable after this fight.

Orton apparently has some major shoulder issues. I was a bit suprised when i found out about summerslam. Butbit can work. They wrestled at least once that i can remember back in like 02. Orton was decimated. It was long hair orton not viper w beard so im anxious for summerslam now!

Brock needs to let go of those idiots he hires to "train" him. He needs to go to Greg Jacksons or Firas Zahabi and train with proper MMA coaches and teams. He also needs to spar regularly. Pat Barry, Bas Rutten and Randy Couture have all said that he doesn't spar at all and nobody at all are allowed to hit him in training. This was a risky fight, he's lucky that Hunt was afraid of being taken down which is why he barely ever threw any strikes. If Lesnar fights this way against the other heavyweights who have good TD defense, then Lesnar will be out cold. I'm a huge Brock guy, I want the best for him. Glad he won, but things need to change. He needs to let go of his ego and control freak characteristics when it comes to this sport and train with real MMA gyms, not in his garage with his college buddies.
@21ElMandio8 жыл бұрын
Yes, bro I thought the same thing he needs to go train with Firas Zahabi at the Tri-Star gym. If I could and didn't have kids that would be my dream to train up in Canada with that coach and see what I'm made of. Brock's stand up Wasnt good but thats credit to him not training for over 5 years and going up against a top 10 fighter like Mark hunt.
@x5NYx8 жыл бұрын
DJMondo21 Yeah well tbh his stand up has always sucked so bad because he does not spar! That's the only way it can improve, by constantly sparing with different guys who are good strikers. Hitting pads and bags is good and all but that will never improve his striking for competing against the likes of monsters such as JDS, Miocic, Valesquez, Overeem, Arlovski, Browne, Werdum, Nelson etc. The guy MUST train full time with elite MMA gyms and spar ALOT! But his ego will never allow him to. He likes his comfort zone and his yes-men too much. If only he started in MMA at 24 instead of Pro-Wrestling, he could've become the scariest being to ever exist!
@kbend8 жыл бұрын
+Sunny Ashraf yea I agree. In between rounds, all his coach was saying was watch for something big. Very vague and unspecific. You're right on his striking too, he needs to be doing that shit everyday, sparring with different guys. I feel like he tries to game plan too many situations. Work on boxing and let it come natural, that way he'll be more creative and comfortable mixing it up.

Shocked me! I thought Hunt would knock him out. Never again will I doubt Brock. He isn't human. Nobody throws mark hunt around like that. He treated him like he was some average size guy. Incredible

Even Lesnar vs Hunt ended in no contest after Lesnar got caught in using drug. I still respect him as the Prizefighter inside the Octagon.

I think the answer Megan was looking for at the end was a one on one session with Brock in the back;)

being a fan of wwe and not really watching ufc in watch ufc last night an i enjoyed it, i wanted brock to win soo bad, if he came back to wwe with a lose, this deal would of suited ufc a whole lot more then wwe, now wwe looks more legitimate with this guy in the mix, good move on vince hhh and how ever was involved, i can tell he was a nervous leading up to the fight, he never got cocky or bragged about taking mark hunt down, the way mark hunt has been knocking people out with a soft gab u just never know fighting a person like that, he was spectical about the fight, mark hunt cant do ground, brock knew that and utilised on that, only round 2 brock couldnt quite get him on the ground, but round 1 and 3 brock lesners fight, congrats brock, bring ur ass back to wwe now......

It would be great to see Brock vs Cain again. I feel that Cain would still get the better of him.

Until next time. I think he did REALLY well considering he has been out of the Octagon for 5 years. A bit rusty but he did well. More fights, training, more work on his stand up and some time and I think he will become the UFC champ again. I like him regardless of what others think. I am not a fan of WWE wrestling like I was when I was younger and watching it in the late 80's and 90's, but I am a fan of Brock. You win some and lose some, learn from your mistakes and mush on. He won this one and people are pissing themselves over it, it happens. I am definitely looking forward to UFC 202 Conor vs Nate 2 and I can not wait.
