The most gangster UFC interview that’s ever been done.. "Yes Joe , YOU’RE WELCOME"… holy shit this was Mcgregor at his pinnacle.. An absolute animal.. I’m curious to see if we ever get to witness greatness like this again from him, or if he’s past his prime and let the money get to him.. Either way, I remember watching this fight and being absolutely shocked at the clinic he put on.. and people wrote Eddie off as if he’s some random fighter, Conor did this to an Eddie who was at the top of him game lets all remember that.

It won't come from Conor, but will we ever be able to witness a spectacle of this magnitude again? The entire world would tune in, non MMA fans knew him, and MMA fans were on the edge of their seats during each fight and he just kept doing the unbelievable.
@RTW1738
@RTW1738 Жыл бұрын
@@nickh4676 I don’t think so, 5 years ago I thought Adesanya could’ve had a chance, but he’s not as captivating and charismatic as Conor and has fallen out of favour with fans in the last 2 years. Khabib had a chance too, but retired prematurely. I’d say Khamzat has the potential to be absolutely massive in the business, but his inactivity has been problematic. Even then, nobody can replicate the hype and excitement that Conor generated, we’re gonna miss this guy once he’s hung up the gloves.

The 3 year run that McGregor had from 2014 till the end of the Mayweather fight is impossible to put into words. You couldn't write a better movie like run and it will never ever been seen again. From beating Brimmage in his debut to him chasing the Featherweight title, knocking out Chad Mendes at UFC 189 for the interim title. He then moves onto Aldo a fighter who hadn't been beat in 10 years and was the P4P king at the time. He cooks him in 13 seconds going down as one of biggest and best moments in UFC history. His rivalry with Diaz. Getting beat in the first fight then having one of the best fights ever in the rematch and winning. To then destroying Eddie Alvarez at the biggest UFC ever and headlining at MSG to become a 2 weight world champion. It all then culminates in him having the most watched and biggest fight in combat sports history with arguably the best boxer ever in the undefeated Floyd Mayweather. He ultimately gets beat but the story and the moment was told. What a run. What a story JUST INCREDIBLE

@@LeoneWorlds those who care for their legacy? at some point money and fame is not bigger = better.. sometimes you should be happy with less and at the point of the mayweather fight mcgregor was already set for life... he could have still done the fight somewhere at the end of his career, but the timing he took for that fight was horrible and it ruined his entire career and legacy

I first thought the only one standing a chance left is Khabib but after watching at that left hand very closely, Conor would do the same to Khabib. There is just something about that left hand that is devastating. He proved today that he can stop takedowns too which would work well against Khabib

Is this the guy who outscored the diaz via a small margin and got rocked so many times in the second fight? Is this the guy who gets praised by his stand up game? Being a lightweight he is slow and flat footed as fuck floyd is at least 3-4 times faster and im not overreacting. Is this the guy who sparred with a former world champ in boxing and is literally getting outboxed? You casuals do your research conor is a bum compared to floyd we dont need floyd an amatuer boxer would kill conor the best in standup fighting in mma wont even manage to hit floyd in a boxing match
