Between Woodley and Thompson, I don't care who wins, I thnk both of them deserve it. Same exact thing with Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson. Clash of styles, both fights. Couldn't care less who wins. Woodley has definitely proven to me that he is champion materal, and Wonderboy's fighting style and mentality is such a beautiful form of art. Nurmagomedov is a warrior who dominates people, but Ferguson is an absolute savage who goes through bloody wars. Whoever wins or loses, please just let this card be what it should be. Give the night to these fighters.

I think Woodley is able to pull off a win against Thompson, if he puts more wrestling into the fight. it was really effective the this bout, but puzzled me why he didn't stick to that game more.

Wonderboy is too fast and slippery, the kick is what allowed Woodley to catch him. Also shooting in for takedowns against someone with great counter punches and better in/out movement than a pornstar, isn't something you just go ahead and do.

208 was Holly Holm vs GDR and the whole card other than Poirier vs Jim Miller and Jacare finishing Boresch, sucked ass. Horrible reffing, late shots, shitty decisions and only 1 finish on the whole card is just the tip of the big shitty iceberg that was UFC 208

All I remember is Michael Johnson dropping Tony and dominating, go watch the fight guys. There is a reason why they didn't show him dropping MJ with his "broken arm." MJ is an underrated striker. People who say MJ rocked Khabib should go watch the fight without Rogan's commentary or sound. He did get a little clipped (which is normal) but no where near out of there or on rubbery legs. It'll be a great card, can't wait.

Woodley didn't fight anywhere near his best either lmao. He has 20 years of Wrestling Experience and is a NCAA and only went for one takedown which he got and won the round. Dr Doom He did during a few moments in the fight, but he also clearly lost 3 rounds too! So how you win a 5 round fight when you lose 3 rounds genius? They score the fight by rounds, not overall damage or who was hurt the worst. Tyron lost 3 rounds but he did win one round 10-8 on a couple cards.

Walt Kovacs I know McGregor is the champ. But he hasn't defended any of his belts yet. And hasn't fought any lightweight except Alvarez (Diaz fight was at welterweight). He gets a title shot after what ? A 1-1 against Diaz ? Ferguson and Khabib have 9 and 8 winning streaks in the lightweight division. Conor has none. So fuck the facts and FUCK UFC's stupid money rules. Conor is a PPV champ. Ferguson and Khabib are the true lightweight champs.

Walt Kovacs Conor is not legit as a lightweight champion, he fought none of the high ranked contenders except Alvarez (big fight for the big money). Conor has never been put to the test at lightweight. He will not be the real champ until he beats : Ferguson, Khabib, Dos Anjos and Nate Diaz again, 2-1. Add to that a rematch against Alvarez. Then he will be legit two-division champion, pound-for-pound, 6 fight winning streak. And still, it will be less than Ferguson and Khabib.

I would agree if McGregor v. Alvarez was a close fight. But it wasn't. McGregor destroyed Hozzay Aldo in 13 sec and KTFO Alvarez. Sure, he lost to Nate in the first fight, but that's on a different weight class and he evened in the 2nd. Not saying McGregor is the best or anything, but he is the champion.

No match in jui-jitsu?? What are you on about. Tony is a lot better on the ground then khabib, khabib is good from the top that's it, put him on his back and he's fucked. Put tony on his back and you're still in danger, he's too unpredictable. Khabibs game plan is obvious, tony is probably training off his back in camp
