On episode 1 of UFC 213 Embedded, the athletes sharpen their physical skills as fight week begins. Middleweight title hopeful Robert Whittaker arrives early in Las Vegas and combats jet lag with games in the gym. In Miami, his opponent Yoel Romero focuses on cardio and draws inspiration from legendary boxers. Bantamweight title challenger Valentina Shevchenko braves the heat to train outdoors in Las Vegas, then "Bullet" visits a shooting range with her sister. I commented this on the Countdown video as well. All four Nunes, Shevchenko, Romero, and Whittaker could be champions, but they have to collide. This is the highest level of competition, literally MMA and UFC athletes are the best athletes in the world. And fighting translates worldwide no matter where you go. We're witnessing a amazing evolution in MMA right now, the sport keeps growing bigger than ever, athletes are constantly evolving and pushing their training to higher levels. It truly is amazing.

Syed Danish Shah Umm bs, if you're going to lie at least make it believable. She looks like a regular female mma fighter just like the rest of them. Not everyone is going to look the same. She's also Brazilian, and she's actually one of the more feminine Brazilians like Claudia. Of course her physical attributes are different, nobodies the same but she looks just like all the other fighters, she's fit & proportional, athletic woman. She just cuts more weight as I'm sure she could fight at 145 no problem. That's still no difference from the guys who cut , when they actually don't have to. There's plenty of weight classes for men. Woman's MMA has limited weight classes. She's also not overtly muscular or buff, so she's no different from the rest of the mma female fighters. Never popped positive for banned substances either. So what's different exactly? Oh she's lesbian, that's the only difference.

Yeah, to me she looks just as jacked as most of them.. I don't think she stands out especially. Maybe her skin colour makes it more pronounced, but otherwise she seems pretty stock standard. Whatever the case I think she is a pretty cool person, has a good vibe, and hope she kicks assssssss.

Brunson rushed in like a maniac and landed some shots but Whittaker was defending and blocking almost all of them waiting for the counter which he found eventually in the first round. Whittaker doesn't take many risks, he's basicaly a counter striker most of the time
