On Episode 6 of UFC 218 Embedded, former featherweight champion Jose Aldo watches soccer before starting his weight cut. Spirits stay high as the pounds come off for heavyweight Francis Ngannou and lightweight Eddie Alvarez. It all pays off on Friday morning, when those fighters -- as well as featherweight champion Max Holloway, heavyweight Alistair Overeem and Alvarez' opponent Justin Gaethje -- hit their targets at the official weigh-in. The stars of the main event recover with assorted carbs: spaghetti for Aldo and cupcakes for Holloway. Then it's one more round of posing and staredowns, this time at Little Caesars Arena, where fans turn out for the ceremonial weigh-in. UFC 218 Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the featherweight championship rematch at UFC 218 on Saturday, December 2nd on Pay-Per-View.

Ngannou is such as nice person as big as he is and as talented you think he would be a douche but the guy can literally related to a bum of the street and even in his homeland he was poverty where just having clean water and food was a blessing. Now he is on posters in Las Vegas still talking about how grateful he is and not taking it for granted. How can you not like him he is a walking inspiration

I personally feel the co-main event deserves main event. Even though its not a title fight, the two heavyweight fighters have knockout power like nobody else, explosivity at its finest, and i think Ngannou is a really entertaining and cool fighter and i believe, if he wins the fight this evening he will become the next heavyweight champion. That is of course if he finishes good again Miocic.

Holloway- In his prime, ferocious, big, and Aldo is on a decline Ngannou- incredible power, better grappling (people sleep on his grappling) , and Overeem’s lack of chin Cejudo- striking has improved significantly and to top that he was an Olympic wrestler. Alvarez- Justin fights recklessly and will be his downfall against a class opponent like Eddie. Waterson- tossup but she’s my girl so I pick her, lol. THESE ARE MY PICKS.
